About me
My passion has always been working with people, but like many college students, I followed my father’s advice to enter the exploding computer industry in 1979. He was good friends with Ross Perot, who gave me a personal tour through EDS and I was convinced that the future was in programming.
After receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems at University of Texas at Dallas, I went to work for Texas Instruments. After 9 years of sitting in a cube working with gigabytes and Cobol cards, I knew I was ready for a change in professions.
A friend of mine in the mortgage business encouraged me to become a loan officer and I quickly got my brokerage license and thus began my career in the real estate industry. But I was still missing my mark waiting behind a desk for conditions to clear and staying up nights worrying about fluctuations in the bond market. I wanted to be a direct part of the rewarding process of helping people live their dream of home ownership.
I went to work for Keller Williams in 1999 and after being there two years, I took the leap to get my broker’s license and start my own company, CityScape Realty.
I hold several designations including Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)
I have been a member of the Elite Broker Group since 2019.
